Commercial Photography Packages

We offer realistic yet vibrant commercial photography for our clients either on-location or in our portable studio, which can be set up to create a studio environment anywhere. Kaley has amassed a wide range of experience in working with a very diverse client list, from large multi-national companies to the small start-ups. We can handle both your routine photography needs as well as special, unique requests which require custom solutions. Allow us to create images that perfectly represent and showcase your endeavors.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

All of our packages include travel up to 2 hours from our home base location in Marion, North Carolina. Locations outside of this radius can be discussed and may possibly fall under our custom pricing or require additional payment, depending on how far the destination is.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

From the first email to the final click, We are here to make this process seamless. Included in your package is a comprehensive planning consultation where we’ll discuss locations, outfit styling, and a timeline tailored to the best light. We will help you pick a location that holds sentimental value, ensuring your photos tell your unique love story.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure your booking, which compensates our Photographers for lost, unbookable time. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session will forfeit this retainer but owe no further balance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session time are responsible for 60% of the total session fee. In the event of illness or emergency, one reschedule is permitted within 48 hours notice without penalty, with the retainer applied to the new date. Repeated reschedules or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All sessions include a complementary high quality digital gallery, that will allow you to download your images onto personal devices. The options for prints and/or albums are available at an additional cost.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

If you are interested in booking a videographer alongside your photographer for creative services, feel free to ask your photographer for their recommendations during your detailed meetings or via email, while planning your event.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Part of ensuring we meet your vision is knowing exactly what you are looking for! During the booking and planning phase of curating your shoot, feel free to send your photographer your inspiration or ideas you'd love to bring to life at your shoot! We love to see your Pinterest boards!

7. Can we meet before the session?

Our photographers are available to meet to discuss details and help you plan your event or photo sessions. We recommend meeting over coffee, but if in-person meeting is not possible, we also can accommodate video-calls and speaking over a scheduled phone call conversation.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Depending on the type of session you book with us, depends on how long your photos may take to get back to you. For simpler portraits sessions, final photo galleries are usually delivered between 3-7 days after your shoot. For weddings the turnaround time is usually a bit longer, and may range between 3-6 weeks. It is common to get a preview gallery within 24-48 hours with most of our projects.
